🔒 Refund & Cancellation Policy – Big Boi Collectibles

At Big Boi Collectibles, we specialize in trading cards and collectible products that fluctuate in market value. Due to the nature of the collectibles market, we maintain a strict refund and cancellation policy outlined below.

❌ No Refunds on TCG Products

All sales are final on:

Trading card booster packs
Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)
Booster boxes
Graded cards
Single cards
Sealed cases
All other TCG-related products

Because trading card products are collectible, market-sensitive, and can be tampered with once opened, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

🔁 Order Cancellations

If you request a cancellation before your order has shipped, the following applies:

A 6% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund total.
The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

This fee covers non-refundable payment processing fees and administrative costs.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review and resolve the situation promptly.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

⚠️ Fraud & Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

Order cancellation without refund
Permanent ban from future purchases
