🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume release periods, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience during major TCG launches.

⚠️ Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

1. Take photos immediately.

2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Email us with your order number and photos of the damage.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Big Boi Collectibles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
