If an order must be canceled due to inventory issues, a full refund will be issued.

All prices listed on our website are in USD.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change product prices at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

📦 Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once an order has shipped, Big Boi Collectibles is not responsible for carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

❌ Refunds & Returns

Due to the collectible and market-sensitive nature of trading card products:

  • All TCG product sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on trading cards, sealed products, or collectibles.

If an order cancellation is approved before shipment, a 6% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be required to provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

We will review the claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

⚠️ Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We take fraud seriously.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate order cancellation

  • Denial of future purchases

  • Submission of dispute evidence to payment processors

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
